About the event
Enhance your flexibility, refine your mobility , and build your community with stretch & sculpt with Instructor Whitney Brewington CPT, 200RYT. This class will guild you through full body movements to improve your posture, balance and everyday functional movements. This class includes standing and floor movements geared towards strengthening your muscles and joints while given you a great workout.
