Enhance your flexibility, refine your mobility , and build your community in this Stretching class with Instructor Whitney Brewington CPT, 200RYT. Guiding you through full body movements to improve your posture, balance and everyday functional movements. This class includes standing and floor exercises geared towards strengthening muscles and joints.
