Mindful Mamas

A supportive community experiences for both mothers and mother figures, and their children ages birth to three years old. This monthly workshop will help provide support and connections for moms and offer practical tools to practice self-care while caring for children. Activities include mindfulness practices and connections for mamas while children are safe and cared for to create art and play with the Blooming Lotus Project team. Topics will change each month to help build your mindfulness toolbox.
