OUR CLASSES
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
CHILDREN'S YOGA
Specially designed for children and led by certified children's yoga teachers. Classes explore physical movement as well as incorporating meditation and games.
TWEEN AND TEEN YOGA
Specially designed for tweens and teens and led by certified children's yoga teachers. Classes explore both Hatha and Vinyasa styles as well as incorporating meditation and Yoga Nidra.
PRENATAL YOGA
Guiding expectant moms through meditation, asana (postures) , and pranayama (breathing techniques). Yoga is an excellent way to stay active, lower stress, and to prepare for labor and delivery.
VINYASA
Moving fluidly from one pose to the next, connecting breath with movement. This class has a physical focus working on flexibility, stamina, and endurance. Be prepared to work hard, and lose yourself in the music.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method for total relaxation. You’ll be guided into a familiar state of mental twilight between wakefulness and sleep.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Gentle movement and restorative postures are used to release tension on a physical, mental, and emotional level while establishing a mindful awareness and inviting a sense of relaxation and ease.
YOGA FOR EATING DISORDERS
For individuals in eating disorder treatment or recovery, yoga is a practice of getting out of the mind and into the very body and soul that they struggle against. This class takes a TCTSY approach to yoga which is invitation, gentle. It deliberately stays away from forced postures, body commentary, and competitiveness.
TCTSY
TCTSY is a movement practice based on Hatha yoga. Contemporary neuroscience, attachment theory and trauma theory are applied to amplify a sense of agency for participants, and opportunities to 'befriend' our bodies. We focus on how our bodies feels not how it looks.

Practicing yoga WITH your baby is a beautiful way to heal from pregnancy and bond mindfully, while building your community. Appropriate for all parents and pre-crawling babies, once cleared for exercise by your provider. Strengthen, stretch, and relieve stress while getting to know other parents and babies.
YOGA FOR 12 STEP RECOVERY (Y12SR)
Yoga for 12 Step Recovery: Y12SR is a holistic model to address the physical, mental and spiritual dis-ease of addiction. Y12SR is open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or affected by the addictive behavior of others. This is a open and inclusive group.
MONTHLY WORKSHOPS
We LOVE to learn. We host fun, unique, informative, and transformational workshops to grow your practice, deepen your connection with yourself, and bring peace into your life. These are all-level workshops so anyone can participate.
